OLUFEMI MOSAKU-JOHNSON

Femi’s career began with work in Insurance as underwriting and marketing specialist for Law Union and Rock Insurance Plc for over a decade. He subsequently moved to Lagos state Public Service staff Development Centre as Training Consultant and later Personnel/counselling Psychologist for eight years and early in the year 2009 moved to the Nigeria Institute of Management as Principal Consultant (Learning Management).

He was the Head Training and Consulting, Institute of Directors Nigeria for over three years. He earned a Master’s in Personnel Psychology from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria in 1999. He has worked with the business sector, corporate and government clients on leadership development, Team, Strategy, Performance, learning management presentation and design management, governance, and board development and customer service programs.
He has won several consulting assignments and projects for his organization. Among several consulting awards including Certified Microfinance Directors Training of Central Bank of Nigeria, USAID Mentoring project, Centre for Population Development mentoring and learning Intervention Project, Guinness Nigeria, International Breweries, UBA Plc, Infrastructure Bank, Nigeria Police Mortgage Finance, AIICO Insurance Plc, Training of Federal Permanent Secretaries for the Office of Head of Federal Civil Service of the Federation etc.

He is an IFC certified Corporate Governance Board Leadership Trainer, South Africa, FITC certified Board Evaluation Expert and An Alumni of Lagos Business School, CMD, NCEMA, IFC, IFTC, NEPAD S/Africa. He has coordinated series of training programmes within and outside the country. He has published many books and married with children.
